The Kornblith Lab at UCSF is seeking highly motivated investigators to join our team
The Kornblith Lab in collaboration with the Bainton Lab is seeking highly motivated investigators interested in deciphering platelet function and leveraging the platelet genome to improve our understanding of injury and other diseases and develop novel therapeutic targets of organ failure.
Details:
- Postdoctoral fellowships are fully funded for up to 2-3 years. Ideal candidates will have an MD and/or PhD with a strong background in genomics, molecular techniques, and a great publication record.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work well with others as needed are required.
- Applicants must possess good communication skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- A background in molecular biology or biochemistry will be a strong plus. Prior experience with genetic, or clinical databases is a plus.
